While the internet encourages freedom of information, keeping websites online isn’t free. For underfunded grassroots groups, fast, reliable and secure website hosting can be prohibitively expensive.

ActionSkills has been providing hosting and website maintenance for activist and community groups for many years. We also manage and pay for domain names for numerous groups

All of these services we provide free, as we believe it to be of vital support for these groups.

We have also been producing educational guides, including on privacy, to support activist groups, and am now planning to setup some technical systems aimed at increasing privacy and security for community organisers.
