Digital Skill Share Byron Bay

3rd-5th of May 2016

Applications closed on Friday 29th of April

3 days of workshops for activists and people working for a better world!

We are rounding up a group of experienced geeks, trainers and campaigners who have been working on grassroots campaigns to sharpen your digital skills whether you are experienced or a beginner.

This digital training skillshare aims to upskill and inspire activists from the local areas and beyond.

We are putting together a program similar to the one we ran in Melbourne late last year. The exact program will be influenced by the local Byron needs.

This unique opportunity will bring highly specialized knowledge – usually out of reach to most grassroots campaigners – into an affordable and inclusive space.

We encourage activists and grassroots campaigners of all skill levels to attend. The course work will suit those already working on a campaign, but will be useful to newcomers looking to get involved and a great skill freshen up for experts.

Anyone is welcome to apply and we encourage diversity. Previous digital experience is not necessary. Places are limited and we will select the people who we believe will make the most effective use of these new skills in changing the world.
